Job summary

Adava Care in Wisconsin is seeking a Resident Care Coordinator for a 20-bed house in Neenah. You’ll administer meds, assist with daily care, and support the location Administrator with tasks, while getting to know each resident by name.

Requirements include CBRF certification, 3 years of medication passing experience, and 3 years in a Lead role. Benefits: health/dental/vision, 401(k) with 6% match, PTO, paid orientation, and schedules posted two weeks ahead.

Job description

Work as a Resident Care Coordinator at one of our Wisconsin houses. You'll give meds, help residents with daily care and assist the location Administrator with office tasks.

We run small. 20 beds per house. You'll know every resident by name.

Annual raises of $0.50–$0.75 per hour based on showing up and doing good work. Once you hit the pay cap, you get an annual cost-of-living bonus.

Schedules go up 2 weeks ahead. Every schedule includes every other weekend.

• Give meds on time, exactly as each resident's care plan says
