Resident Care Coordinator for Long Term Care
  • Facility: Community Springs Healthcare
  • Department: Nursing - Long Term Care
  • Schedule: Full Time - Days

This skilled nursing facility is a 105-bed facility located in El Dorado Springs, MO.

A typical day will include: working closely with the facility Director of Nursing to assure staff or residents' needs are met. Responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and coordinating the development, education, orientation, and scheduling of the nursing staff in accordance with Foundation policies, Federal/State regulations, and quality care needs; behaves in a manner consistent with the mission and objectives of CMH and performs other duties as requested.

The position is: Full-time, Days

Job requirements:

  • Education: Associates or Bachelors
  • Skills: LTC or MDS experience preferred
  • License: RN
