Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is hiring a Resident Care Coordinator for an Assisted Living community in Pennsylvania. You will oversee care standards, work with the Executive Director and Medical Director to ensure high-quality care for residents, and adhere to health and safety policies.

The role requires a current nursing license (RN/LPN/CNA/NA/PCA), CPR/BLS, and 2+ years in a supervisory healthcare role. Full-time schedule with day shifts.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered nursing license (RN/LPN) or CNA/NA/PCA as required in the state.
• Must hold CPR or BLS certification and have 2+ years of supervisory experience in healthcare, preferably long-term care.

Position Summary:

As the Resident Care Coordinator, it is your responsibility for the overall management and success of the assisted living community. The Resident Care Coordinator will work directly with the Executive Director and the Medical Director to ensure the highest degree of quality of care is maintained for each resident at all times. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration, Nursing Policies and Procedures and in accordance with current federal, state and local regulations.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN, LPN, CNA/NA, Medication Aide, or PCA as required within the state in which you work.

• Must possess a current CPR or BLS certification. Must have a minimum two (2) years of experience in a supervisory role in a hospital, nursing community or other related healthcare community, preferably in long-term care.

• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software.

Shift and Wage:

• Full-Time Opportunity Available

• Shifts Needed: 8:00a - 4:30p
