Monarch Communities® is seeking a compassionate Caregiver in Howell Township, NJ. The role supports residents with daily living activities, personal care, meals, and social engagement, following each resident’s care plan.

The position is full-time and/or part-time, hourly, non-exempt, with opportunities to contribute to a supportive, resident-centered team. CNAs and CHHAs are welcomed to apply, with benefits and growth potential available.

Qualifications

• Must hold CNA or CHHA certification.
• Experience with elderly population preferred, especially dementia care.
• Able to work full-time or part-time, hourly, non-exempt role.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding per care plan.
• Maintain safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality of residents.
• Escort residents to meals and activities.
• Ensure residents are clean, dressed, safe, and fed during shifts.
• Document all services provided during shift.
• Report any change of condition to supervisor immediately.
