Job summary

Monarch Communities in Haddonfield, NJ is seeking a Caregiver to support residents under the Health & Wellness Director. This per diem, non-exempt, hourly position at 132 Warwick Road involves personal care, meal assistance, light housekeeping, and activity facilitation.

You will follow care plans, ensure safety and dignity, document services, and report changes to your supervisor. Prior CNA/CHHA credentials and dementia experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aide.
• Knowledge and experience in working with the elderly population; dementia experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding as outlined in the care plan.
• Maintain safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality of residents.
• Escort residents to meals and activities.
• Ensure residents are clean, neatly dressed, safe, and fed during shifts.
• Document all services provided during the shift.
• Report any change of condition to supervisor immediately.
