Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Plymouth, MA is seeking an Assisted Living Coordinator to lead care-team operations and deliver resident-centered care. You’ll recruit, hire and develop caregivers, manage staffing, scheduling, and timekeeping, oversee daily neighborhood operations, and ensure ISP execution and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in assisted living, long-term care or healthcare.
• 1+ year supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and care systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting, hiring and development of the caregiving team.

Pay Range: 66,352.00 - 88,608.00
