Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking a Hospitality Aide to support residents’ daily care and maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment. The role requires reliability, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

You will work with nursing staff on non-clinical tasks, meals, activities, and general facility operations. We value compassionate care, clear communication, and teamwork.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing services with non-clinical tasks (bed-making, passing water/ice, answering call lights, gathering supplies).
• Prepare, deliver, and clean up meals following dietary guidelines and safety standards.
• Encourage resident participation in activities and social programs.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas.
• Provide laundry assistance as needed.
• Follow safety policies and procedures per company guidelines.
• Observe and promptly report concerns or safety issues to management/nursing staff.
• Perform additional non-clinical duties to support daily facility operations.
