Resident Care Companion and STNA (Part Time 3p-11p) - DSL Massillon

We are currently seeking applicants for Resident Care Companion and STNA positions. This position is also often referred to as State Tested Nursing Assistant, CNA, Certified Nursing Assistant, Nursing Aide, Nurse’s Aide, and Care Provider. Must be 18 years or older.

Starting pay begins at $16.00/hr.

    Our Resident Care Companion/STNA responsibilities include:

    • Engaging with residents and assisting with daily activities of living
    • Supporting residents with personal care routines such as bathing, showers, and hygiene
    • Helping residents prepare for and accompany them to meals, activities, social programs, and appointments
    • Assisting with other daily needs as required

    The experience and skills required are:

    • STNA certification required for STNA roles
    • No certification required for Resident Care Companion roles
    • Experience in senior living is helpful but not necessary
    • A cheerful outlook, positive attitude, and love for seniors are essential
