Job summary

Copperas-Hollow-Nursing-and-Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate Hospitality Aide to support residents with non-clinical tasks, maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, and help ensure comfort and daily well-being in a fast-paced facility.

You will assist with bed-making, meals, activities, laundry, and safety compliance, while documenting information accurately and coordinating with nursing staff.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with bed-making, passing water and ice, answering call lights and gathering supplies.
• Prepare, deliver, and clean up meals following dietary guidelines and safety standards.
• Encourage residents to engage in activities and social programs.
• Keep resident rooms and common areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with resident laundry services.
• Follow safety and compliance standards.
• Observe and report safety concerns or issues to management or nursing staff.
• Perform additional non-clinical duties to support daily facility operations.
