You will build meaningful relationships with residents, families and coworkers, lead worship services, coordinate with local clergy, and develop programs that support residents’ faith practices and overall well-being.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in ministry or related field (prefer M.Div.)
• Endorsed by a recognized religious body
• Ordained or endorsed for ministry within a faith tradition
• Strong ability to build trusting relationships with residents, families and coworkers
• Ability to work with residents from diverse backgrounds and faiths

Aufgaben

• Provide compassionate pastoral care through regular visitation and listening.
• Support residents and families through health changes and life transitions.
• Lead weekly ecumenical worship services and religious observances.
• Coordinate with local clergy and faith communities to support resident practices.
• Develop spiritual life programming and discussions (devotions, groups, hymn programs).
• Advocate for residents’ spiritual, emotional, cultural and religious needs.
• Collaborate with campus teams to integrate spirituality into daily life and overall well-being.
• Provide spiritual and emotional support to coworkers during crisis or stress.
