St. Paul Elder Services, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and faith‑centered Chaplain to support the spiritual and emotional well‑being of residents, patients, tenants, families, and staff across St. Paul Rehab, St. Paul Home, and St. Paul Villa.

The ideal candidate will have a strong faith background with knowledge of Catholic practices and traditions, and experience in elder care or gerontology is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Current ecclesiastical endorsement or ordination, or willingness to obtain endorsement.
• Strong faith background with knowledge of Catholic practices and traditions preferred.
• A Master of Divinity degree is highly desirable.
• Experience in senior living, gerontology, or elder care is desirable.
• Certification through an appropriate clinical pastoral agency desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide spiritual and emotional support to residents, patients, families, and staff.
• Conduct regular spiritual care visits, including times of illness, grief, and loss.
• Coordinate sacramental ministry and religious services with the Director of Mission/Spiritual Care.
• Support end‑of‑life experiences and memorial services as needed.
• Facilitate Bible discussions and other spiritual enrichment opportunities.
• Engage in denominational and interfaith services with respect for diverse beliefs.
• Develop relationships with local clergy and religious communities.
• Assist with spiritual care planning and collaborate with families on needs.
• Provide support to associates on work‑related concerns; work with volunteers.
• Participate in on‑call duties, training, and committees.
