Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Resident Care Associate (RCA) at Woodmont Health Campus in Boonville, Indiana. This role provides general non-certified routine services and guides candidates toward CNA certification, with supervision and training as part of the program.

You will support residents with daily living activities, dining, and companionship while embracing a caring, team-first culture, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to grow within long-term care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE is preferred.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with housekeeping and laundry tasks.
• Support meal service, including transport and tray delivery.
• Provide friendly resident interactions and respond to calls.
• Assist with personal care as directed under supervision.
• Participate in CNA training program.
