Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Resident Care Associate to provide general non-certified services while aspiring to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.). You will help with daily living activities, meal service, and resident engagement in a supportive team at Orchard Grove Health Campus in Romeo, MI.

You’ll participate in a training program to attain CNA certification, with comprehensive benefits and a collaborative work culture fostering growth and stability in long-term care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE required or preferred.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with housekeeping and laundry, including trash removal and bed changes.
• Assists with meal service: transportation to dining room, tray delivery, ensuring a great dining experience.
• Provides customer service, companionship, and communication with residents; answers call lights promptly; checks in with residents.
• Assists with personal care according to state regulations.
• Attends training leading to CNA certification.
