Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Howell, MI is seeking a Resident Care Associate (RCA) to provide non-certified routine services as part of a care team. This role supports training to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A) and contributes to a caring resident experience.

The position emphasizes teamwork, patient-centered engagement, and adherence to state guidelines while preparing for CNA certification through a dedicated training program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with housekeeping and laundry services including trash removal and changing unoccupied beds.
• Assists with meal service including transportation to dining room, tray delivery, and ensuring a great dining experience.
• Provides excellent customer service, companionship, and communication with residents by answering call lights promptly and engaging residents in activities.
• Assists with personal care responsibilities according to state regulatory guidelines.
• Attends and participates in a training program leading to CNA certification (C.N.A).
