Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Resident Care Associate to perform general non-certified services while training to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.).

You will assist with daily living activities, meal service, and resident engagement, while gaining hands-on experience in a supportive care environment. This role starts with a pathway to CNA certification and ongoing benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with housekeeping and laundry, including trash removal and bed changes.
• Assists with meal service, transportation to dining, tray delivery, and dining experience.
• Provides customer service, companionship, and communication with residents; responds to call lights promptly and supports activities.
