Trilogy Health Services, LLC is hiring a Resident Care Associate (RCA) in Hudsonville, MI. This role focuses on general non-certified services while training toward CNA certification, under supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with housekeeping and laundry services including trash removal and making/changing unoccupied beds.
• Assists with all aspects of meal service including transportation to dining room, tray delivery, and ensuring a great dining experience.
• Provides excellent customer service, companionship, and communication with residents by answering call lights promptly and engaging in activities.
• Assists with personal care responsibilities according to state regulatory guidelines.
• Attends and participates in a training program leading to CN A certification.

Education
