Job summary

LCB Senior Living is hiring CNAs/HHAs for The Residence at Charles Meadow in Millis, MA. Full Time or Part Time, 7am–3pm shift, with a wage band of $21.00–$24.00 per hour based on experience. Benefits start from day one, including Health, Vision, Dental, 401k, PTO and Holiday Pay.

Responsibilities include personal care, medication assistance per state rules, and engaging residents in cognitive, social, physical, and spiritual activities while ensuring safety and dignity.

Qualifications

• Must have completed CNA course or equivalent training.
• CPR and First Aid training required by State Regulation.
• English fluency in spoken and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and activities of daily living.
• Assist with medications according to state regulations and document accordingly.
• Document services in the community computer tracking system.
• Conduct cognitive stimulation, socialization, and physical activity programs.
• Monitor resident needs and report changes to RN or designee.
