Job summary

LCB Senior Living's The Residence at Pearl Street in Reading, MA is hiring a Resident Care Associate (CNA/HHA). This full-time role offers a wage band of $21.00–$23.00 per hour based on experience, with benefits from day one, and opportunities for tuition reimbursement.

You will provide personal care, assist with medications per state regulations, document services, and engage residents in activities to promote independence and dignity, while ensuring safety and compassionate support.

Qualifications

• Must have completed the CNA course or equivalent training as required by State Regulation.
• CPR and First Aid training as mandated by State Regulation.
• Experience caring for seniors, especially with Alzheimer's disease or dementia, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, dining and mobility.
• Administer medications per State Regulation and document appropriately; notify nurse of self-administered meds.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide cognitive, social, physical, and spiritual stimulation.
• Document services provided and input data into the community computer system; report changes to RN.
• Conduct or facilitate therapeutic group activities and individualized interactions.
• Participate in ongoing in-service training and mandatory state education requirements.
