Job summary

Senior Living Residences seeks a Resident Care Associate (CNA, CHHA) in Malden, MA to provide direct personal care to our senior residents. The role supports a safe, home-like environment with a focus on compassionate care and daily living activities.

Shifts include 3:00 PM-11:00 PM with Full Time and Part Time options. Rates start at $19 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits program and opportunities for professional development within a D&I focused workplace.

Qualifications

• Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA).
• Physical requirements: Standing, sitting, bending, and transferring residents (with and without assistance).
• Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care.
• Join or lead fun activities of your choice with the residents.
• Track care and other tasks with our electronic health record system.
• Escort residents to meals and assist with dining services, as needed.
• Work across all departments daily to foster cooperation and respect.
