• Day: 7:00am-1:00pm | 6:30am-3:00pm | 6:00am-2:30pm
• PM: 2:30pm-11:00pm | 3:00pm-10:00pm | 4:00pm-9:00pm
• Night: 11:00pm-7:00am | 10:45pm-6:45am

Opportunities Available: This position enjoys every other weekend and every other holiday off

Come join our team! There is an exciting opportunity at Eagle Crest North in Onalaska for a caring and compassionate individual to serve as a Resident Care Assistant, supporting residents in our retirement and life community.

This role primarily involves working with residents in our 18 memory care apartments or the 42 residents in our assisted living facility. Our building also hosts 70 residents in independent living plus.

What You’ll Do

• Assist residents with personal cares and daily activities, helping maintain independence and dignity
• Other responsibilities may include medication management, light housekeeping, and additional tasks

What You’ll Need

• Previous direct care experience (preferred, not required)
• Certified Nursing Assistant training and/or experience (any state, preferred, not required)
• CBRF Certification (preferred, not required)

Our Wages

• Starting pay ranges from $18.00 to $21.50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
• Wages reviewed at six months for high performance
• Differentials apply for PM, NOCD, and weekends; plus on-call and call-in pay
