Pay Progression:

• $16/hr- Start as a Resident Care Assistant
• $17/hr- After completing CNA training

Shift differentials available for evenings, nights, and weekends

• Paid CNA Training: We cover the cost of your CNA course while you gain hands-on experience.
• LPN Talent Pipeline Program: Through our partnership with McCann Technical School, eligible employees can complete their LPN program at no cost. (LPNs start at $35/hr)
• Steppingstone Program: For those interested in becoming an RN, our Steppingstone Program covers tuition and related educational costs for qualified employees.

Our Resident Care Assistants (RCAs) play an important role in the daily life of our residents. Whether it's help getting ready for the day, at mealtime, or bedtime, our longstanding team is ready to make sure each of our residents enjoy the opportunities that living at our facility presents each day. The primary purpose of this position is to provide residents with routine daily care and assisting with direct resident care duties and indirect resident care duties, as directed by the Charge Nurse or Certified Nursing Assistants.
