Job summary

St. Mark Village is seeking a Resident Care Assistant (RCA) in Palm Harbor, FL. This part-time position offers hourly pay of $15.00–$16.00 with a shift differential and opportunities to pursue CNA licensure.

You will support Assisted Living residents, assist with daily living activities, and help uphold Resident Rights while collaborating with nursing staff and a caring team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; or 1–3 months of related experience and/or training.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Ability to produce a negative drug test.

Responsibilities

• Assist professional nursing staff in providing care to Assisted Living residents.
• Support residents with daily living activities, including personal care, providing fresh water, maintaining cleanliness, changing linens, weighing residents, preparing for meals, and distributing nourishments.
• Ensure Resident Rights are upheld and report any suspected abuse or neglect.
• Serve as a stepping stone toward obtaining healthcare licensure (CNA, LPN, RN, etc.).
• Apply basic sanitation knowledge.

What You’ll Do
