Job summary

St. Mark Village in Palm Harbor, FL is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA I) for a PRN role. You will assist residents with daily activities, support nursing staff, and ensure safe, compassionate care in a senior living community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Assist residents with daily needs, including answering call lights, bathing, dressing, and ambulation
• Support charge nurses by taking vital signs, repositioning bedfast residents, and assisting with treatments and examinations
• Help manage meals by escorting residents to the dining area or delivering meals to their rooms
• Maintain resident safety and follow infection control protocols

What You'll Need:

• High School Diploma or GED or 1-3 months related experience and/or training (required)
• Active Florida CNA Certification (required)
• Active CPR Certification (preferred; can train on-site)
• Ability to read and understand safety rules and procedure manuals
• Ability to effectively communicate with residents, visitors, and other team members
