Tapestry Senior Living - Lakeshore in Tallahassee, Florida is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant (RA/CNA) to join our team. You will help residents with daily living activities, provide emotional support, and collaborate with licensed staff to maintain a safe, respectful environment.

This part-time or full-time role offers $15.00–$16.50 per hour, rotating shifts, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Active Florida CNA, preferred.
• CPR Certification.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong interpersonal, observational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including grooming, bathing, and mobility.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Follow all healthcare regulations and facility protocols.
• Help maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.
