Job summary

Tarina of Cypresswood, a Saga Senior Living community, is hiring a PRN Resident Care Assistant to provide attentive, resident-focused daily care.

The role offers competitive pay ($14.50-$15.00/hour), flexible PRN scheduling with a minimum of two weekends per month, and a benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 required.
• Minimum 1 year of senior caregiving experience required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive, resident-focused care with daily routines including personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment while encouraging independence and preserving each resident’s dignity.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ health or behavior; accurately chart care activities and collaborate with nursing staff and families.
• Provide additional support for residents with higher care needs, using a calm, patient approach to foster engagement and emotional well-being.
