Job summary

Saga Senior Living is seeking a Resident Care Assistant for a part-time night shift (10pm–6:30am) in Texas. The role focuses on delivering attentive, resident-centered care, assisting with daily activities, and maintaining dignity and safety for residents with varying needs.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report any changes in residents’ health or behavior; accurately chart care activities and collaborate with nursing staff and families.
• Provide additional support for residents with higher care needs, using a calm, patient approach to foster engagement and emotional well-being.
