Vivie in Minnesota is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant for a part-time role. You’ll support residents with daily activities, meals, and mobility, ensuring safety and comfort in a respectful, dignified environment.

Qualifikationen

• CNA certification and/or caregiving experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a state background check.
• Strong communication with residents, families, and staff.

Aufgaben

• Assist residents with daily activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, toileting, and mobility.
• Support meals, restorative care, and life skills respecting resident preferences.
• Encourage social, recreational, and wellness activities to enhance quality of life.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment through housekeeping and laundry.
• Prepare, store, and serve meals, beverages, and snacks as needed.
• Monitor health changes and report to nursing staff.
• Welcome new residents and assist with transitions.
• Perform other duties to support the team and high-quality care.
