Vivie is hiring a Resident Assistant in Minnesota. The role offers hourly pay between $18.50 and $23.65, with benefits and opportunities for growth. You will assist residents with daily activities, meals, and personal care while promoting dignity and companionship in a supportive community.

The position requires collaborative teamwork, clear communication, and a commitment to high-quality care. CNA certification preferred and background checks will be conducted.

• Assist residents with daily activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, toileting, and mobility.

• Encourage participation in social, recreational, and wellness activities to improve quality of life.
• Maintain a clean and comfortable environment through housekeeping and laundry tasks.
• Prepare, store, and serve meals, beverages, and snacks while ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Monitor changes in residents' health or well-being and report to nursing staff.
• Welcome new residents and help them transition smoothly into their new home.
• Perform other duties to support the team and ensure exceptional care.
