Zusammenfassung

Bassett Healthcare Network is seeking a Resident Aide to support Nursing staff with non-technical tasks in a patient-focused environment. You will assist with transports, feeding, bed-making, and basic duties while maintaining HIPAA standards and confidentiality.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED (preferred) and strong interpersonal skills such as accountability, multi-tasking, and patience.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to multi-task and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Aufgaben

• Assist in resident transports throughout the facility and to medical appointments.
• Assist in passing fluids and nourishment to residents under guidance of nursing staff.
• Help with bed-making, linen straightening, and tidying rooms.
• Attend feeding assistant course and demonstrate competency to assist feeding residents.
• Perform other non-technical duties as assigned by nursing leadership.
• Follow department policies, use PPE, and maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
