Job summary

Harmony Senior Services in Memphis is seeking a Resident Assistant/Personal Care Aide (PCA) to provide quality care and assist residents with daily living activities. Responsibilities include helping with mobility, meals, and activities, while maintaining confidentiality and following policies.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and completion of an approved PCA program. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and hold CPR/First Aid certification or commit to

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Approved Personal Care Aide (PCA) program per state regulations.
• Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Must be organized and able to work with all levels of staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Perform housekeeping duties in resident areas and apartments.
• Respond promptly to resident calls and emergencies.
• Assist in planning and conducting activities for residents.
