Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a Resident Assistant/Personal Care Aide to provide quality care for residents in our Delaware community. You will assist with daily living activities, support meals and activities, and help maintain a clean environment.

The role requires clear communication, a polite and professional demeanor, and the ability to work weekends/holidays as needed. CPR/First Aid certification is required or obtainable within 60 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility as needed.
• Perform housekeeping tasks in resident apartments and common areas.
• Respond promptly to resident calls or emergency alerts.
• Support residents during meals and activities, ensuring attendance.
• Assist new residents with move-in transition and emotional support.
