Job summary

Ebenezer's Riley Crossing in Chanhassen, MN seeks a Resident Assistant to provide personal care and health-related services to residents across Independent, Assisted Living, and Memory Care units. The position supports daily living activities and collaborates with the RN for treatments and monitoring.

Qualifications

• Experience with personal care tasks and resident support.
• Ability to use computers, handheld devices, cell phones, and fax machines.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding).
• Administer and monitor health-related tasks under RN direction (blood pressure, glucose, meds as directed).
• Perform home services including laundry, meal delivery, and assistance with meals in dining room.
