Job summary

Inspirations of Mesa is hiring a dedicated Resident Care Assistant to support residents in our Mesa, AZ community. The position offers full-time and part-time 2nd shift options, with certifications required for AZ Caregiver, AED, First Aid and CPR, and fingerprint clearance.

The RCA will provide physical and psychosocial care, assist with activities of daily living, and work closely with the Wellness Director to promote dignity and independence for residents.

Qualifications

• Must be AZ Caregiver Certified, AED, First Aid and CPR Certified.
• Fingerprint clearance required.
• Experience in Assisted Living preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical and psychosocial care to residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, hygiene).
• Support residents with mobility and safe transfer techniques.
• Maintain professional demeanor when interacting with residents and families.
• Document care and report changes to the Wellness Director.
• Escorts residents and coordinates internal transportation needs.
