Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Muskegon, MI is seeking a Resident Care Associate to provide general non-certified routine services under supervision across Assisted Living, Memory Care and Independent Living residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 0-1 year of relevant healthcare or care aide experience preferred.
• Ability to assist residents with activities of daily living.

Responsibilities

• Assist with housekeeping and laundry, including bed changes.
• Provide ADL support: hygiene, incontinence care, bathing, grooming.
• Assist with meal service: transport residents, tray delivery, dining experience.
• Respond to call lights promptly.
• Check residents who cannot call for help frequently.
• Support clinical staff to keep residents comfortable.
• Assist with personal care per state guidelines.
