Job summary

Lawrence Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Trenton, NJ is hiring CNAs for full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts (3p-11p or 11p-7a). Earn $20-$26 per hour with daily pay options and a supportive team devoted to comfort, dignity, and quality of life for residents.

Responsibilities include providing basic resident care under licensed staff, assisting with ADLs, observing changes, keeping a clean safe environment, and collaborating with nurses to deliver resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a CNA license in NJ.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and changing linens.

• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
