Job summary

Allegro Living is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant to provide resident care services in our Spring Arbor Assisted Living community. You will work under the supervision of the Resident Services Director and help create a positive living environment for residents.

You will assist with daily activities, document care, and support programming while maintaining safety and quality of life. This role requires 18+, a HS diploma, and health care experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year related health care experience.
• Dementia training may be required in some communities.
• Positive criminal background check.
• Compliance with drug-free workplace policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care services as scheduled under supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Keep and document resident service plans and care provided.
• Maintain daily communication with Resident Services associates for continuity of care.
• Promote a safe environment for residents, staff and visitors.
• Support neighborhood programming and operations.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.
