Job summary

Galleria Woods Senior Living in Hoover, Alabama is hiring a part-time housekeeper to help maintain clean, welcoming spaces for residents. The role runs 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. every other weekend, with pay at $15 per hour.

You will vacuum, clean bathrooms and kitchens in resident apartments, dust surfaces, and support daily operations, while upholding confidentiality and attendance standards. Daily Pay and free uniforms are offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Good attendance record.
• Preferred prior housekeeping experience in a healthcare or similar setting.

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, and kitchens in resident apartments.
• Dusting all cleared flat surfaces.
• General housekeeping duties in hallways and common areas. Following the priority order set by your supervisor.
• Properly maintaining equipment and supplies.
• Adhering to attendance policies and maintaining punctuality.
• Always respecting resident confidentiality.
