Job summary

MARIONVALLEY in Hospitality Aide role assisting residents in a healthcare setting. You will aid with daily care, housekeeping, meal service, stocking supplies, and transporting residents to meals and activities under the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.

Responsibilities include answering call bells promptly, reporting changes in condition, helping with feeding and tray duties, documenting care plans, and maintaining a clean, safe environment while following facility policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, an 8th grade education.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with resident care tasks, housekeeping and meal service under supervision.
• Answer phones and assist with errands; document and file as requested.
• Report accidents/incidents and changes in residents' condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Maintain clean resident rooms and common areas; stock supplies in the unit.
• Ensure call bells are within reach and monitor resident safety and dignity.
• Assist with feeding, tray duties, and transport residents to meals/activities.
