Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, with 6–12 months of related experience and strong English communication. We value empathy, reliability, and teamwork in a resident-centered setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.
• Six months to one year experience or related duties preferred.
• Knowledge of the aging process and residents preferred.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work with individuals with cognitive, physical or sensory disabilities preferred.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with high energy and enthusiasm.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents who need supervision while smoking.
• Help maintain a homelike environment for residents.
• Initiate and promote cleanliness of residents' environment.
• Assist with bed making, tidying rooms, passing water/ice, and closet clean outs.
• Verify that residents receive the necessary care.
