Trinity Health Senior Communities is seeking a part-time caregiver to assist residents with daily living activities and mobility needs. You will support admission, transfer, and discharge processes and work under supervision in a fast-paced, compassionate environment.

The role emphasizes safety, meticulous documentation, and excellent customer service while delivering person-centered care to residents in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred: one year of healthcare experience.
• Experience in long-term care or geriatric settings is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge for residents.
• Support daily living activities (dental care, feeding, bathing, dressing).
• Help move, lift, position, and transport residents safely.
• Perform restorative exercises and document progress as directed.
• Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment as required.
