Longview Ithaca in Ithaca, NY, is seeking a Resident Aide to support residents in safety, comfort and wellbeing. You will assist with daily personal care, encourage participation in social activities, document care notes, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality care.

Must be 18+, with HS diploma preferred; HHA/PCA experience is highly preferred. Opportunity for advancement, including medication assistance training, with a generous benefits package.

Competenze

• At least 18 years of age.
• HHA/PCA experience preferred; CNA experience considered but not required.
• One year of relevant healthcare experience.
• Experience with older adults preferred.
