ModivCare in Ithaca, NY is seeking compassionate PCA's & HHA's to provide one-on-one in-home care. Earn $18.65 per hour with potential extra earnings through our caregiver rewards program and flexible schedule options including full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities include personal care, companionship, help with daily activities, and medication reminders. Paid orientation, weekly pay, and benefits are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Must have NYS PCA or HHA certification.
• Availability in Ithaca, NY.
• Able to work day or evening shifts.
• Reliable transportation.
• Compassion, reliability, trustworthiness, and honesty.

Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
