The Reserve at Mills Farm, managed by Navion Senior Solutions, is seeking a caring Resident Care Aide. You’ll provide hands-on support with daily activities and build meaningful relationships with residents in a part-time role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma/GED accepted and may be required per state regulations.
• Must have 80-hour personal care training certificate.
• Positive attitude, flexibility to perform duties in service to residents.
• Dedication to and passion to serve seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred.
• Ability to make choices in residents’ best interest and strong communication.
• Good organizational and time management skills; strong judgment and problem solving.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transfer, mobility and incontinence care.
• Prepare residents for meals, snacks and activities.
• Assist residents in dining room including serving meals and clearing tables.
• Respond to resident emergency call system.
• Observe, document and report changes to residents’ condition to the Resident Care Coordinator.
• Communicate with residents and family members in a polite, professional manner.
• Maintain resident care documentation per State regulations and Navion Senior Solutions policies.
• Transport residents when required.
