Job summary

National Church Residences in Xenia, OH seeks a Non-Certified Nursing Assistant for the 1st shift (7a-3p) weekend warrior role. You will provide direct care, assist with daily living activities, and support residents to maintain independence. Strong communication and English proficiency are essential.

Two years of prior caregiving is preferred, with a HS diploma or GED. Training and a friendly team environment are offered along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior caregiving experience with older adults preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents and assist with activities of daily living.
• Assist with mobility, bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Record vitals and report changes to supervising staff promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and assist with meals and feeding.
