Job summary

The Bristal Assisted Living is seeking compassionate Resident Service Assistants/Home Health Aides to provide hands-on care for our residents in a premier senior care setting.

You will assist with Activities of Daily Living, escort residents to meals and activities, and support overall well-being in a respectful, dignified manner. A stable, caring presence is essential to our residents’ daily quality of life.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak and read English.
• Experience with geriatric populations and ADLs is preferred.
• Compassionate, patient and reliable care provider.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Escort residents to meals and activities.
• Support residents in physical, emotional, and psycho-social well-being.
• Assist in Wellness area to ensure safety and comfort.
• Follow policies and directions from nursing leadership.
