Job summary

The Bristal Assisted Living is seeking compassionate Resident Service Assistants/Home Health Aides for per diem shifts. You will provide hands-on care, companionship, and assist with daily activities to support residents living in our community.

This role emphasizes dignity, safety, and respectful interaction with seniors, and requires English proficiency and a caring, patient demeanor in a welcoming, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant, Personal Care Attendant or Home Health Aide certification.
• Must be able to speak and read English.
• Experience assisting geriatric residents is preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and establish care routines.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Escort residents to meals and activities.
• Support residents in achieving physical, emotional and psycho-social well‑being.
• Assist in the Wellness area to ensure safety and comfort.
• Follow policies and directions from nursing leadership.
