Job summary

The Bristal Assisted Living is seeking compassionate Resident Service Assistants/Home Health Aides who provide hands-on care and companionship to residents in a part-time role. You will foster a respectful, dignified environment and assist residents in daily activities, safety, and engagement within a premier senior care setting.

Responsibilities include supporting ADLs, escorting residents to meals and activities, and promoting well-being while following care plans and nursing directions.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant, Personal Care Attendant or Home Health Aide qualification required.
• Experience helping residents with daily living activities preferred.
• English reading and speaking ability required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Escort residents to meals and recreational activities.
• Support residents to achieve their physical, emotional and psychosocial well-being.
• Follow policies and care plans and nurse supervisor directions.
