Qualificações

• Provides compassionate, dedicated in-home or facility-based care for residents.
• Assists residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and escorts to meals/recreational activities.
• Maintains patient dignity and respects privacy while following care plans and nurse supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with ADLs and mobility.
• Escort residents to meals and activities.
• Support residents' physical, emotional, and psycho-social well-being.
• Follow policies, procedures, and directions from nurse supervisor and wellness director.
