Job summary

Mesahillspa is seeking a Hospitality Aide (Full Time) in Mesa, AZ to support the Nursing Department. You will perform varied clerical and resident-care tasks, answer phones during meals, and help keep residents' rooms clean and safe.

Responsibilities include reporting changes in resident condition to nurses, transporting residents, and assisting with daily activities while following facility policies and maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: Must possess, as a minimum, an 8th grade education.
• Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials; ability to write reports and correspondence.
• Mathematical Skills: Ability to apply fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone especially during mealtimes and assist with resident-related errands.
• Help maintain clean and orderly resident rooms and common areas.
• Assist with secretarial tasks at the nursing station as requested.
• Transport residents to meals, activities, and outdoor areas.
• Follow safety and infection control policies, report hazards to supervisors.
