Resthaven in Holland, MI is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide resident-directed care in a home-like setting. You’ll assist with daily living activities, medications, and support residents' dignity and autonomy while upholding Resthaven’s values.

Join a mission-driven team with stable shifts (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, 3rd shift overnight, etc.). No mandatory overtime and tuition reimbursement after 6 months support your growth and dedication to serve the senior community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience in elder care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-directed care in a home-like environment.
• Assist with activities of daily living and medications.
• Maintain records and support meals and light housekeeping.
• Engage residents in activities to support psychosocial well-being.
